This is from a friend of mine. This is from a friend of mine.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups chopped kale (about 2 small bunches)
    4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced (canned minced doesn't work well)
    1/2 cup sesame oil
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    juice of one lemon
    3/4 tsp salt

Directions

Chop or tear kale finely, being sure to discard center stem of each leaf. Combine other ingredients for dressing and pour over kale, mixing well.

Makes 8 half-cup servings.

*The salt is important to counteract the bite of the garlic -- don't leave it out.
