*Sucralose (like Splenda), 60 tsp (remove)
*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 24 tsp (remove)
egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1 cup (remove)
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 3 cups
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, cream together smart squeeze, splenda, and splenda brown sugar for baking, egg whites one at a time, baking soda, cinnamon, then stir in vanilla.
2. slowly stir in the flour then oats
3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
4. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls (the cookies spread out flat, so make small rolls), and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
