Ingredients

    cottage cheese
    dry (non instant) oatmeal
    Egg beaters
    2 packets of Splenda
    Dash of cinnamon
    dash of vanilla

Directions

Place one cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of oats (not cooked), 1 cup of egg beaters, splenda, and cinnamon, and vanilla in blender. Blend until well mixed. Pour into waffle iron. It makes about 4 waffles.

You can also cook as a pancake. Or add others things like banana or chocolate.

    Very Good
    very good. was skeptical when I saw the ingredients but it was delicious with blueberries and sugar free syrup. I will be making these again and again! Thanks! - 2/24/11
