    1/2 cup bulgar
    1/2 cup wild rice
    1/4 cup celery
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup carrots
    1/4 cup red bell pepper
    1 T parsley
    2 T Olive Oil
    2 Cloves Garlic


Boil wild rice til cooked, Boil Bulgar til cooked. In olive oil Saute all other ingredients til soft. Toss all together. Refrigerate or serve warm.
