Introduction

Saute mushrooms in pam, set aside until cool.
Steam broccoli in microwave until crips tender, cool
beat eggs with whisk and add all ingrediants to 9x11 pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

    10 oz broccoli chopped
    8 oz fresh mushrooms diced

Directions

Bake 45 Minutes in at 350 degrees in preheated oven.

Cool and cut into 8 pieces
