Introduction
These are deliciously light and fluffy pancake that my whole family loves.These are deliciously light and fluffy pancake that my whole family loves.

Ingredients

1/2 c. soy flour, low fat
1/4 c. oat flour, whole grain
1/4 c. rice flour, brown
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp brown sugar, packed
1egg, large
3/4 c. milk, 2%
2 Tbsp Canola oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add egg, oil and milk, mix well. Cook on medium heat on stove top. Flip pancake a few seconds after middle of pancake becomes bubbly, cook for about another 30 -60 seconds place on plate. Serve with butter and syrup, or your family's favorite strawberry jam.
