Introduction

Nice light lunch that can be served hot or cold. Nice light lunch that can be served hot or cold.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat Penne (I like Trader Joes Pasta Penne with Flax)
    1 can Tuna, Canned in Water
    1/2 cup Peas, frozen
    1 stalk Celery
    1/3 cup Scallions
    3 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tsp dried Dill weed
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Boil a pot of salted water and add pasta. See pasta bag/box for cooking instructions.

Simmer peas in a sauce pan for 2-3 mins. Meanwhile, chop scallions and celery. Drain tuna.

Rinse pasta over cold water and place in bowl. Add all other ingredients (including Miracle Whip, Lemon Juice, Dill Weed and Salt and Pepper). Mix and serve!
