this is the easiest recipe and best tasting brownies ever! this is the easiest recipe and best tasting brownies ever!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    12 tbls cocoa powder
    4 tbls melted butter
    2 cups sugar
    4 large eggs
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Directions

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. mix together the cocoa powder and melted butter. add and mix 2 cups sugar and 4 large eggs. add and mix 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour. spray an 8x8 cake pan and add the mix to the pan. bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted is just about clean. you dont want it to be completely clean or the brownies will be dry instead of fudgie. let them set until cool and cut into 16 squares. serves 16

    Very Good
    Good. I will make these again! One problem - when it says mix the butter and chocolate I did with a fork which left the chocolate really chunky. I am hoping once baked the chocolate will melt together. Was I suppose to mix with a mixer not a fork? I also added peanut butter to the recipe. - 7/4/10
