Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast no skin
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp grapeseed oil

Directions

Rub chicken breast with grapeseed oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

BBQ for approx. 8 minutes per side or bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes

    Good. Easy to make. One chicken breast was about 150 grams. I added some seasoning salt for added flavor. - 9/21/09
