Introduction

Fast, easy, simple and delicious. Personally I don't use any milk in my oatmeal - if you prefer dairy, milk or butter in your oatmeal you can add that separately in Nutrition Tracker. In the grocery store look for "Old Fashioned" rolled oats (i.e. not quick, not fast, not instant) , as it is a lower glycemic option. Fast, easy, simple and delicious.
