3 cups fresh or frozen berries of your choice
    1 T cornstarch
1/2 c Splenda or other sweetener of your choice

    1 c flour
    1 c quick oatmeal
    c brown sugar
    t salt
    1 t vanilla
    c butter
    c peanut butter

In a saucepan, combine the berries, sweetener and cornstarch. Heat over medium, stirring regularly, until mixture begins to boil and juices of the berries form a liquid.

While the berries are cooking, in a large bowl, combine ingredients for the topping. Mix well by hand or with a pastry blender.

Pour cooked berries into an 8x8 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
