Ingredients

Filling:
3 cups fresh or frozen berries of your choice
1 T cornstarch
1/2 c Splenda or other sweetener of your choice
Topping:
1 c flour
1 c quick oatmeal
½ c brown sugar
½ t salt
1 t vanilla
¼ c butter
¼ c peanut butter
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the berries, sweetener and cornstarch. Heat over medium, stirring regularly, until mixture begins to boil and juices of the berries form a liquid.
While the berries are cooking, in a large bowl, combine ingredients for the topping. Mix well by hand or with a pastry blender.
Pour cooked berries into an 8x8 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
