Ingredients

    2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
    6oz Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    2/3 Cup Dried Lentils
    3/4 Cup Bulgur Dry
    1 Med. Onion, Coursely Chopped
    1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
    Curry Powder (1.5 Tbsp)
    Tumeric Powder (1 Tsp)
    Chili Powder (1 Tbsp)
    Garlic Powder (3 Tbsp)
    Ground Coriander (1 Tsp)
    Cayenne Powder (1 Tbsp)
    Salt-Free Salt & Pepper to taste
    1.5 Cups Water

Directions

Throw everything together except for yogurt. Cook on med-high heat until the bulgur and lentils are cooked through, stirring frequently and keeping covered when not stirring. Turn off heat and add yogurt. Serve hot.

Makes 5 evenly divided servings.
