Ingredients

4 small Onions, diced.
2 c. Bulger Wheat, cooked
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed.
1 can Diced Tomatoes, with Green Chiles, do NOT drain
1 can Yellow Corn, drained
2 TB Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
FF Sour cream, salsa, hot sauce and cheese to taste (these are NOT included in nutritional information listed.)
Directions
Makes 10 - 1 c. servings.
Cook bulger wheat according to package instructions.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add onions until tender, I cook them until they are VERY soft, almost caramelized.
Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes, and crushed Garlic. to the skillet. Heat until warm.
Serve either on top of bulger or mix it together.
I use salsa and sometimes FF sour cream, and hot sauce to taste on mine.
