    Dill
    Salt

Directions

Lay out Salmon (head on or off), Salt lightly on each side. Stuff with dill and garlic.

Wrap in tin foil and let sit for up 4 hours.

Can be put in the oven but I put on the bbq. Depending on size of fish time it takes may vary.
