This a excellent meal on a busy night. It taste great with just a touch of heat or bump up the hot sauce for a lot of heat. Serve it over warm rice, toast a few rolls and a small side salad and it is dinner in 15 minutes! This a excellent meal on a busy night. Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    8 large garlic cloves
    1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    2 tablespoons Orange Juice
    2 teaspoons Lemon peel
    2 teaspoons Orange peel
    1 pound shelled, deveined uncooked shrimp
    3 tablespoons fresh italian parsley
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
    1/2 teasppon hot pepper sauce

Directions

Heat butter, garlic, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon peel and orange peel over medium-high heat until it begins to bubble. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes until they turn pink. Stir frequently.

Add italian parsley, thyme and hot pepper sauce to mixture and continue cooking about 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.

Remove from heat (best if served over rice)
