Ingredients

    2 cups crawfish tails
    1/2 cup green onions
    1/2 celery
    3 small cloves garlic
    1/4 cup red bell pepper
    1/4 green bell pepper
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom
    1/4 2% milk
    1/4 water
    1 tablespoon light margarine
    1/2 teaspoon crab boil
    4 oz of fat free cream cheese

    2 cup brown instant rice

    48 spears of aspargus
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 tablespoons blue bonnet light

Directions

thaw out crawfish

saute veggies in margarine

add crawfish, cream of mushroom water milk and crab boil

add cream cheese

let simmer for about 30 min.

cook rice according to directions

melt 2 tablespoons blue bonnet light then add aparagus, a dash of salt and pepper, and juice from 1 teaspoon

each person should get 12 spears of aspargus
1/2 cup of rice and a 1/2 cup of ettouffe
