Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1/2 c. Dannon Vanilla Light and Fit Plain Yogurt
    1/2 c. Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened),
2 packets of *EmergenC, mixed with 8-12 oz. water
    1/2 c. Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    2 sprigs of Cilantro
2 tsp Ginger Root (get the stuff in a jar for fast & easy cooking!)
    1 tbsp Agave nectar (optional)
1 tsp Cinnamon (or nutmeg or whatever. I accidentally put in Cumin once and it was really good!)
6 oz. Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken (soft probably works best)

Directions

Put it all in the blender and voila. If you get organized the night before you can prep this in 5 minutes or less on a busy morning.
