Ingredients

    * Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    * *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 large
    * Garlic, 2.5 clove
    * *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce .3 cup
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
    * Basil, .5 tbsp

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet. Add pre-cooked chicken and beans and add seasoning. After a few minutes, add 3 cups of pre-cooked brown rice and mix thoroughly. Add the 1/3 cup of tomato sauce last and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
