Ingredients

1 CUP LOW-FAT VANILLA YOGURT
1 BANANA
3 CUPS FRESH OR FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
1/2 CUP HONEY
Craft sticks(if needed)
Directions
Process yogurt & berries in blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Bring berries & honey to a boil in medium saucepan over med-high heat, reduce to low & simmer 5 minutes.
Pour mixture thru strainer & use spoon to get juice & pulp.
Discard skin & seeds.
Cover & chill berry mixture for 30 minutes.
Pour yogurt mixture evenly into 10-2oz popsicle molds.
Top with berry mixture & swirl, if desired.
Insert popsicle sticks , if needed.
Freeze 6 hours or until completely frozen.
Enjoy!!!
May substitute raspberries, blueberries, peaches & / or other fruits
