Ingredients

    Cake:
    1 box white cake mix
    1 (3 oz) strawberry jello
    4 eggs, room temperature
    3/4 cup oil
    1 cup sweetened strawberries.

    Icing:
    4 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 stick unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 cup sweetened strawberries

    Mix all together and ice cupcakes.

Tips

These are great in moderation. I like to take them to our church for fellowship


Directions

For cake:
Mix all ingredients until combined. Add 1 cup sweetened strawberries, mix.
Place in 30 greased cupcake liners. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack and cool completely.

For icing:
Mix together and ice cupcakes. Refrigerate cupcakes when completed.
