Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package jenny O lean ground turkey
    2 6oz boxes stove top sornbread stuffing mix
    2 10oz bags frozen mixed veg(corn, carrot, peas, green beans)
    2 can's Campbells 90% fat free cream of chicken soup
    4 Tbls of melted butter
    2.5 cups hot water
    2 teas garlic powder
    1 Tbls onion powder
    1 Tbls no salt garlic herb seasoning
    1/2 teas pepper
    1/2 teas paprika
    1 teas oregano
    hotsauce to taste
    salt to taste.

Directions

Brown turkey in large non stick pot. meanwhile microwave vegging until hot. Add to browned turkey with soup, and seasonings. Make sure you TASTE the mixture! If you're not pleased- add more spice, salt, pepper or whatever seasoning that talkes your fancy!

Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish

Mix 2 boxes of stuffing with 4 Tbls butter, and hot water and an additional bit of hotsauce to taste- stir and allow to sit 2 or three minutes until not watery. Spoon over the top of the turkey veg mix and Bake until browned in 375 oven- about 35-45 minutes.
