Introduction

    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 serving strawberry (your preference) yogurt
    .5 cup of skim milk
    splenda to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients together and blend in a mixer.

    You get a variety of fruit with the yogurt. I use ice too. I use Sun Crystals or stevia now. - 7/30/09
