Introduction

This is my special guacamole that I make for my kids and they love it. I call it thriller mole because my stepson decided to call it that in memory of the great M.J.. You can leave the peppers out if you don't like spicy things and it will taste just fine. I usually put a packet of guacamole seasoning in it too but if you can't find it in your produce section, look for Goya adobo seasoning and add 1tsp of that in the guac to add extra flavor. Ingredients

    2 avacados peeled and chopped
    1cup of tomato chopped
    juice of 1 lime
    2 peppers, diced without seeds
    1/2 cup of onions
    1/2 cup of cilantro
    2tsp of garlic powder
    goya adobo (or guacamole seasoning)

Directions

Slice avacados in half, remove pit and set aside. Scoop out avacado into large bowl. Throw in all of the rest of the ingredients and either use a potato smasher for a fork, depending on how chuncky you want it. I like it chunky so I use a fork to kind of toss it around a bit. After that it is done and you can serve with your fav low sodium low fat tortilla chips. A little trick I learned to keep it fresher longer is to add the pits from the avacados back into the guacamole. Throw them in at the bottom of a fresh serving bowl, add guac on top and Enjoy!
