Ingredients

    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    2 stalks celery
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 onion
    2 carrots
    1/2 bells pepper any color
    1 slice ezeliel bread made into crums

Directions

saute vege's
add soup and cottage cheese
can of tuna with water
bring to boil
put into casserole pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs
bake 400 till crumbs are brown
