This is a meal and it is great to make in advance - freeze or have in fridge for a couple of days. It is incredibly filling and very hard to eat the entire serving. Ingredients

4 oz raw meat (chicken, lean beef, shrimp, crab, lobster)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup of chopped spinach
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 cup celery diced
1 tsp garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1-3 tsp ground red pepper (depends how spicy you like)
Directions
Put raw meat in a pot with a few cups of water. Cook meat until fully cooked - add more water if necessary. Then add vegetables and spices and add water to level of vegetables. Add 2 tbsp tomato paste. Simmer on medium until vegetables are tender crisp. Season to taste - may need to add 1 tsp of sea salt or even another tbsp of tomato paste.
