    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    * Grapes, .5 cup, seedless
    * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    * Mayonnaise- Low Fat, 3 tbsp
    * Sour Cream-Fat Free, 6 tbsp
    * Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    * Bib Lettuce, 4 leaf, large
    * Walnuts- 56 gram(s)

Directions

Chicken can be purchased prepared or can be grilled, boiled, or roasted. Just toss everything together and chill. Place on lettuce leaves and serve.

    I had to leave out the walnuts, but it was very good and I will make it again. - 8/2/09
