a yummy slow cooked meal that's low in calories and high in flavor! a yummy slow cooked meal that's low in calories and high in flavor!
Number of Servings: 8


    2 lbs beef tips (cut into bite size pieces)
    1/2 (each)red and white onion
    1/2 (each) green, red and yellow peppers
    2 celery stalks
    2.5 cups water
    1 tbsp basil
    1 beef bullion cube
    1 packet McCormick's beef stew seasoning
    2 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces


cut up all vegetables and beef into appx 1-in bite size pieces.
add all beef and veggies to slow cooker.
mix seasoning according to packet directions.
add seasoning mix to slow cooker.
stir to coat all ingredients.
add 1 beef bullion cube and basil seasoning.
cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW for 8 hrs.

enjoy with corn bread or your favorite side!

makes 8 1-cup servings
