I whipped this recipe up on a Sunday afternoon and it was a savory feast for the taste buds.It can be cooked in a pot over 45 mins or more or put in a crock-pot to stew all day.

Ingredients

15 oz..... Beef, (round steak)
4 C........ Swanson Beef Broth 97% Fat Free
16 oz.....Red Potatoes (about 3 large)
1............Onion, largely diced
1.5.........Red Ripe Tomato (1 inch cubes)
15..........Baby Carrots
1 can...... Great Northern Beans (drained & rinsed)
2 C........ Water
SPICES TO TASTE:
Pepper
Thyme
Rosmary
Sage
(spices can vary to your taste and what's in your cabinet)
Directions
Cut up all ingredients into 1 inch cubes or to preference.
All all ingredients to large pot and bring to a boil.
At boil reduce heat to medium/low, cover and cook at minimum or 45 mins.
Serving Size: About 1 Cup
NOTE: Stew is one of the easiest dishes to make and can be whipped up from just about anything you have laying around.
