Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    5 or 6 medium ripe red tomatoes, chopped small
    1 medium red onion, chopped fine
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 tbsp lime juice
    3 tbsp Tastefully Simple, simply salsa
    2 tbsp garlic pepper
    1 tbsp dried chives
    2 tbsp cilantro flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients into large bowl, with cover. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

Great on grilled meats, stirred into rice or with your favorite snack cracker / chip.

    So glad to see this recipe. Our onions & green peppers have a good harvest rate in the garden & the tomatoes are just getting started. Can't wait to try this simple but delicious sounding recipe. - 8/5/09
