Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    6 cloves, garlic, minced
    1/2 an onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    2 tsp. siracha chili sauce (or to taste)

Directions

Makes 4 servings of 4 oz.

Heat oil in a wok or large saucepan over medium high heat.
Add onions, cooking until soft and translucent.
Add turkey, cooking until all the pink is gone.
Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and siracha. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Stir in basil. Cook until basil is wilted (approximately 1 minute).
Take off heat and serve with lettuce cups or rice!
