Ingredients

    In a blender, mix:

    1/2 cup of Stoneybrook Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup blackberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 medium banana
    2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder
    1 tablespoon of ground Flax Seeds (sold at Wallgreens)

    Blend all together into a frothy and delicious smoothie.
