Ingredients

    1 lb. cooked shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
    3 cups (1 large can) of petite diced tomatoes
    1 avocado, peeled and chopped
    2 cups V8 vegetable juice
    2 tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 green onions, sliced (include white)
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, diced (no seeds)
    1 tsp garlic salt
    dash salt
    dash pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold.
