    2 or 3 cups ice
    1 c. orange juice
    8 0z light (low cal) yogurt
    fresh strawberries (1/4 c)
    banana (1 medium)
    blueberries (1/4 c)
    (fruit can be substituted to taste)

mix all in blender and enjoy.

    I only used the orange juice & a few frozen strawberries. It is very good and I can freeze the rest. I think it will be like ice cream. - 9/21/07
