Ingredients

2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup diet 7up or other brand of diet lemon soda
2 tbsp Mamasita's sauce
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
2 cups of fresh and peeled edamame beans
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cut each chicken breast half into 6-8 pieces and put it in a bowl with the finely chopped garlic.
Add Mamasita's sauce and the Diet 7up. Let rest in the fridge for about 15 minutes. (Mamasita's sauce is a Filipino barbecue sauce which you may find in Asian food stores).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the chicken. When it is nearly cooked, add the edamame beans. This should take approximately 10 minutes altogether, or until chicken is done.
