Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer the chips in an oven proof dish. Top with the meat, beans, salsa and cheese. Bake until cheese is the bubbly, about 8-10 minutes.

    I wouldn't use baked chips per chef megs tip because they got soggy as soon as you put the chicken and beans on them. - 9/21/09

    I think i might try mixing everything(not chips) and melting it in the mwave and then just dip it with chips. Sounds great. - 11/6/10

    Pretty good, but the chips were too soggy for our tastes. So, I think next time, I'll heat the other ingredients first (in the oven or microwave) and then put them on the chips. - 1/27/12
