Ingredients

    1 tbls olive oil
    100 g red onions, sliced
    250 g chicken breast fillets
    200 g mushrooms sliced
    1 tsp (5 ml) crushed garlic
    50g green peppers, sliced
    50 g red peppers, sliced
    50 g kasju nuts or sunflower seeds
    1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce
    1 tbls (15 ml) sweat chillie sauce
    10 ml (2 tsp) chicken spice
    5 ml (1 tsp) lemon pepper

Directions

Heat oil in wok on high heat and stirfry onions for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken, mushrooms, green/red pepper, spice and stirfry for 3 minutes.
Add the nuts and garlic and stirfry a nother minute or two.
Sprincle the soy- and sweatchilliesauce over and stir threw.
Serves 4 - 6 portions
