Ingredients

    Cake:
    Protein whey, Biochem Chocolate, 8 scoops
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1/2 cup
    Splenda, 3/4 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Baking Soda, 4 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Beans, black, raw, 8 oz.

    "Lava":
    Splenda, 3/4 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Water, hot, 1.5 cup

Directions

Cook beans according to package directions

Put beans in blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Spray the crockpot with non stick spray. Mix the cake ingrediants together. Add to the crockpot. Mix the sugar and cocoa. Add the hot water and mix til smooth. Pour over cake batter evenly. do not mix. cover and cook it on High 2-2 1/2 . Turn off the heat and let sit 30-40 min.

    I had to try this, given the ingredients. My chief complaint is that I think my crockpot overcooked the cake- 2 1/2 hrs was too much- it is hard to determine when the cake is finished. The cake did come out like an egg-based cake that is not at all sweet. - 9/14/09
