Ingredients

    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 small onion, minced fine
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mince onion in food processor. Add beans and olive oil and mix until a paste forms. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.
