Ingredients

4 Ocean Galley stuffed crabs (or other brand of choice)
12 medium mushrooms (or 4 large, 24 small)
4 Tbsp. butter
2 oz. mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Wash and remove stems from 12 medium, 4 large, or 24 small mushrooms. Place them stem end up on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until they soften slightly. While they are baking, prepare stuffing.
For Stuffing:
Melt butter/margarine in small skillet. Remove from heat. Scrape the stuffing out of 4 commercial stuffed crabs. Mix with butter/margarine.
Take mushrooms from oven, place filling equally on each mushroom. Top with mozzarella, divided equally among all mushrooms. Put back in oven and back until mushrooms are completely soft and filling is heated through.
Remove and serve on platter garnished with small sprig of rosemary, thyme, or mint and very thin slices of lemon.
Serving size: 3 medium, 1 large, or 6 small mushrooms.
