Ingredients

    Yoplait Light Fat-Free Blackberry Pomegranate Yogurt, 2 serving
    Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, halves
    CytoSport Complete Whey Protein powder (low-fat, vanilla ..., 88 gram (4 scoops)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.3 cup

Directions

In a blender, combine approx. 4 c. of any type of berry or fruit; add a couple servings of complimentary (berry) flavored, fat-free yogurt; 4 scoops of whey protein powder and a little milk...then blend away. Pour into 4 x 12 oz. cups.
