    Very Good
DD doesn't like spicy foods, had I realized how spicy chipotle was I wouldn't have put it on hers. Good note not for next time! DH LOVED it! I will be making this again. - 8/26/07

    Incredible!
Awesome! Loved the smoky chipotle flavor with the tangy miracle whip mixture. I poured the marinade over the salmon while it cooked, and served with artichokes (although asparagus would have been my first choice, my store was out). Delish - definitely my favorite way to have salmon! Thank you! :) - 5/13/07

Will make this again. A little 'grown up' for the kiddo's, but I enjoyed the different take on salmon. The rec. doesn't say low long to bake it, so did 30 min., my filets were about 1 in. at the thickest part, turned out perfect. The lemon-mayo mixture would be great on other fish too! - 4/27/07
