Introduction

This pie is fast to prepare and best of all on a hot summer day you can serve dessert and not have to turn on the oven. I also use this recipe with strawberries an strawberry Jello. This pie is fast to prepare and best of all on a hot summer day you can serve dessert and not have to turn on the oven. I also use this recipe with strawberries an strawberry Jello.

Ingredients

    2 to 3 fresh peaches
    1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
    1 pkg. Jello Sugar Free Lemon Jello
    1 pkg. Jello Sugar Free Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
    1 1/2 c. water
    Lite Cool Whip
    Nutmeg

Directions

Peel and slice peaches. Arrange in graham cracker crust. In a microwave safe bowl, combine Lemon Jello, pudding mix and water. Stir well. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and cook for an additional minute. Repeat until mixture is hot and clear. Pour over peaches and refrigerate until set. Serve with a serving of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serves 8.
