Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 medium, sliced very thin
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Heat frying pan very hot
Add olive oil
Sautee onions slices until carmelized
Add mushrooms and stir
lower heat to medium
Add Worcestershire sauce and stir
