    This made an EXCELLENT sandwich and was awesome on the reduced fat ritz crackers too. Was a big hit at the family reunion! I added chopped baby carrots and it added a nice extra crunch and veggie serving! - 11/12/07

  • Incredible!
    I made this recipe and its great! I didn't have any raisins and was going to use pineapple instead but then decided to use lettuce and tomato. I have made it twice.
