Introduction

My own variation on a previously posted recipe. My own variation on a previously posted recipe.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice
    1 small chicken breast (no skin, no bone)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/4 cup peas
    2-4 baby carrots
    1/4 cup mushroom
    1/8 cup soy sauce


Directions

Cook brown rice. Set aside. Cook chicken breast (grill, stir fry, whatever). Set aside. Fry egg. Set aside. Add water to wok or pan and cook all vegetables until desired tenderness. While the vegetables are cooking, cut chicken and egg into pieces. Once water has boiled off, add rice, soy sauce, chicken, and egg. Cook until heated. Voila!

I divided it in half.
