Ingredients
* Cucumber (peeled), 10 medium
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2
* *Onions, Sweet Vidalia, 1.5 Raw medium
* *Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 cup
* *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.5 tsp
* *Dill Weed, .333 tbsp
* Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
* *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1 cup
Directions
Slice cucumbers, peppers and onions very thin with sharp knife or mandolin.
Layer cucumbers in a large bowl, salting each layer lightly
Place peppers and onions on top
Fill a large bowl with water and place it on top of the mixture. Allow vegetable bowl to sit in fridge for 2-4 days. Remove the weight bowl and pour off the water that has separated from vegetables.
In separate bowl mix sucralose, vinegar and dill weed
Add three cups of tap water
Mix up vegetables and place them in a sealable container. Add the liquid mixture and place all into a sealed plastic container. Add the vinegar, water and dill
