Ingredients

    8 Eat Smart Lincolnshire Sausages
    1 tbsp Olive Oil,
    3 Garlic Cloves Crushed
    3 Carrots Sliced
    Lentils can drained = 265 grams
    1 cup frozen Peas
    3 Celery Stalks Sliced
    6 Medium Potatoes chopped into cubes
    2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    Beef stock Cube
    Can of Crushed Tomatoes

Directions

Preheat oven to 200 or gas mark 6.

Heat oil and fry onions and sausages until cooked. Add the garlic to the mixture.

Remove from heat and cut sausages into 2 inch chunks. Put them back in the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and warm through. Add more water if needed. Bring mixture to a boil.

Remove from heat and place ingredients into an oven proof covered casserole dish.

Cook for 40 minutes in the oven.

Serve in bowls with crusty bread or on its own.

Serves 8 people.
