Introduction

I was craving frozen yogurt and this totally satisfied - while getting a serving of fruit, and a decent amount of fiber and protein per serving! I was craving frozen yogurt and this totally satisfied - while getting a serving of fruit, and a decent amount of fiber and protein per serving!

Ingredients

    12 oz 0% greek yogurt
1.5 cups frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya)
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    1 tbsp honey

Directions

Dump the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it comes together. You can freeze for a little while if you want it a little thicker. Makes 3 - 1 cup servings. You can use any type of frozen fruit you like. Next time, I want to try using some splenda in place of the sugar to see if it tastes as good.
