Ingredients

1/2 small (0.3 oz) box sugar free peach-flavored gelatin powder
1 whole fresh peach, cut into wedges
1 cup frozen strawberries, cut into pieces
3 cups crushed ice
2 tbsp. whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Directions
Set aside four small pieces of strawberry.
Add ice, peach wedges, strawberries, and gelatin powder to blender and whip until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately with a small dollop (approximately 1 tsp.) of whipped topping and a wedge of strawberry on top!
Makes 4 glasses, about 12 oz. each.
