Introduction

Just your basic grilled cheese. Just your basic grilled cheese.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 T. salted butter
    2. two slices thin wheat toast ( I used Arnold Stone Ground 100% Whole Wheat)
    3. two slices Kraft 2% American Cheese

Directions

1. Melt two small pats of butter on a large frying pan.
2. Place one slice of bread on each pat of butter, shake the bread a little bit to spread the butter.
3. Once the bread begins to get the slightest bit crusty, flip the slices and put the cheese on one slice.
4. Give it a minute or two to melt, and then place the second half of bread on top. (Having the buttered sides facing the cheese.)
5. Flip the entire sandwich to give both sides a little extra heat and then take off stove and enjoy.

*Drink with fresh O.J. and/or add some of the following for extra flavor: Tomatoes, low fat ham, turkey, or eggs. (Add-ins are not included in nutritional info.)
